This tea has naturally sweet taste ,increasing sweetness is a choice. 4.To make ice tea: Wait until the tea cool down and then put some ice cubes into it or well chilled in the fridge .

Rooibos Orange,Rooibos is a naturally caffeine-free herbal tea from South Africa, aka red bush tea. Tie Guan YI, The most famous Oolong tea from China.This premium tea for its purifying taste,bringing you into a peaceful,meditative state of mind Brewing Instruction Choosing porcelain tea set such as gaiwan(lidded bowl) or teapot. This is conducive to develop the aroma of Tieguanyin. Ratio of oolong tea and water: 1g:30ml (depending on personal taste) 1.Take 6- 8 g tea leaves placed in the gaiwan,steep with boiling water. 2.Skim off the froth by using the lid.Immediately pour out to a fair cup. 3.Use the first infusion to rinse the tea cups then discard it. 4.After rinse,do the second infusion with boiling water,cover with lid. 5.Second infusion can be ready after 15 sec. Pour out the tea into fair cup (adjust steeping time for thickness to personal taste) 6.Ready to share the tea from fair cup. *Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.

Brewing Instruction It is recommended to use tea sets such as ceramic sets. Ratio of tea and water: 1g:50ml (depending on personal taste) 1.Pour boiling water into the filter cup/teapot then discard water. 2.Put 5g(1 piece of)Mini Puer Tuocha into the teapot 3.Pour boiling water and rinse the tea leaves for 5 seconds. Drain off the water .Repeat this step again. 4.Pour boiling water for the third time, cover the tea leaves ,cover the lid,and steep for 10 to 20 seconds. 5.Transfer all the tea juice to fair cups to share. *Keep the tea leaves and continue to brew up to 6 times. Gradually increase steeping time and for subsequent brewing.

West Lake Dragon Well / Xi hu long jing, One of the most famous Chinese green tea. A beautiful flattened leaf tea taste sweet delicate and refreshing; brisk and refreshing chestnut aroma. Brewing Instruction Better by glass teacup or ceramic Gaiwan, without lid. 1.Warm the cup with hot boiling water then discard water 2.Generally add 3g Tea,1tsp is about 2g tea The ratio of tea to water is 1g tea:50-60ml water. 3.Lift up hot water pot and pouring a small amount of hot water(85°C/185°F),until tea leaves fully covered. And by rotating the glass for about 30 sec. to wet leaves.Then fill up with hot water (85°c) along the edge of the glass by using rotating pouring method to make tea leaves rolling up and down. 4.Steep Tea for 30 sec. Refill hot water until 1/3 of tea remaining. *Gradually increase steeping time and for subsequent brewing.

White Hair Silver Needle / Bai Hao Yin zhen, The most famous Chinese white tea,very mellow, delicate and sweet with a slight flowery note. It helps tell tea fragrance. 2.Generally add 3g tea to the cup ,1tsp is about 2g tea the ratio of tea to water is 1g tea:50-60ml water. 3.Pour 75-80°C (167-176°F)of hot water onto the leaves in the brew cup 4.Place the lid on and steep the tea for 3 minutes. Refill hot water until 1/3 of tea remaining. *Gradually increase steeping time and for subsequent brewing.

Brew with extreme hot water would bring out the bitterness and affect the taste. 3.Generally add 3g tea to the cup(1tsp is about 2g tea, ratio of tea and water is 1g:50-60ml) and wash tea leaves quickly to get rid of tiny young tea hair found in good quality Biluochun,and drain it.

Big Red Robe / Da Hang Pao,The most popular Wuyi rock tea direct from its origin Wuyishan, Fujian. This authentic Oolong has the characteristic 'rock' flavor from the mineral rich hills of the protected Wuyishan nature reserve. The large dark leaves brew bright orange soup that demonstrate a lasting flowery fragrance of orchid. Drinks smooth and gives you with a satisfying aftertaste. Brewing Instruction Porcelain tea set or Yixing clay pot is recommended for brewing. Adjust water temperature, steeping time or amount of tea leaves for personal taste. Ratio of oolong tea and water: 1g:30ml (depending on personal taste) 1.Rinse the tea wares by hot boiling water. 2.Generally add 7 g/3.5 tsp tea (depending on personal taste) into the tea pot, 3.Pour boiling water straight into tea pot to full up and skim off the froth by using the lid.Discard the tea liquor. 4.Pour hot boiling water into the tea pot again to make tea leaves rolling up and down. 5.Covered with lid, steep for 1 min.Pour into fair cup to share. *Gradually increase steeping time and for subsequent brewing.
